People come in late for their appt. And are placed as a priority which causes other appointment times to run late, the nurses are extremely ruid and often quite unprofessional in the manor by which they deal with patients. My last appt. I was scheduled to be seen first and my appt. Got underway about 10 minutes late.... My doctor is excellent but his support staff are way too unprofessional for my taste rather he still be in his old office at least we were treated like people instead of cattle.....
We went to this place and we not been treated well, Prescriptions weren't good enough and we got nothing of it, we still got the same pain and we stopped using what they told us to use Coz we got no benefit of it all. They just good in shots ???. I have seen people don't carry insurance, they been delayed to another time to something which is called coalitions for taking X-rays. Sick people need to be treated as fast as they can be recovered. I hate stupid Docs.Taking long time
UPDATE: this place is so unorganized, it's beyond me how they stay open. Explain to me why they wouldn't keep appt slots open and available for emergency cases? Every other Dr's office does this. Instead I get told I have to wait until the middle of august to see my dr. I than ask this lady can I see a nurse practitioner or a PA...her response sure u can do that....so I'm assuming she's looking at one of those to make me an appt....NOPE still looking at dr V's schedule....most people would call the nurse and see if they can ... read more
I had some health concerns that were not addressed the way I felt they should've been. I switched drs!!
last time iwen't I got terrible service wen't for well womans check up which my insurance covers completely I sit there for over an hour the doctor comes in the room rushing and just wanted to check my ears eyes and throat I told her I came for a complete physical and thyroid meds she say that is called a well women checkup I said that is what I made the appointment for which should have been a pap breast exam and a appointment for a mammogram I got none of these services plus I had to keep calling to get my meds filled I... read more
