Had teeth pulled in march and told it would be 6 weeks and i am still waiting for plate. 7 1/2 months later.

RecommendedIt is extremely rare that a phone call is returned in 20 -48 hrs. Most times it’s a week later or never. I have best luck emailing my provider

They change doctors alot and NEVER answer or return calls.
I had a mammogram done on the 3rd and got a bad report on the 6 of this month they recommended a ultrasound I have been calling and calling and still have not got any results done I am still waiting I have a cousin that does not live here in Wichita she also had a mammogram done and got the same results she just went through An biopsy and it came back cancerous and it is on the same breast as mine the right side breast cancer runs on both sides of are family and it seems like this Clinic does not care about what happens to t... read more

Just letting everyone know that I am taking my services elsewhere. The Dr himself was ok but the receptionist who answers the phones was HORRIBLE. You can definitely tell she does not care. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever go back.

My experiences with the care staff there have been nothing but good. However their desk staff leaves much to be desired. They constantly give me the wrong paperwork, or forget essential documents. They've scheduled me for tests on days they never do those tests at the clinic, and upon discovering their mistake simply canceled the appt without notifying me. I have also been waiting near a month for diagnostic cancer tests to even be scheduled, and waiting two months to schedule an appointment for a mammogram that was already ... read more
