I took my daughter to clinic on a Sunday. She had fever, sore throat, cough, and ears hurting. She had been sick for a week. She was coughing so much that she was throwing up. I don’t remember the name of the APRN that saw her. She told us that she had fluid in both ears and that her throat was red. I requested a strep test that was negative. To the male doctor that helped me yesterday morning. Thank you so much for helping me understand why my head was still hearting. I wouldn't change yesterday visit one bit. You took the time to understand my past skull trauma and this trauma. You didn't judge while I was trying to find the words to say. My new doc actually sat and talked to me. She took and went through everything with me and explained alot I didn't know. She listened to? 'S and answered them too. She wasn't in a hurry about leaving which is great. She seem concerned about somethings and is looking into things. Which is great. All the staff was great, polite and very helpful
Very fast and very professional! My interactions with the staff were great all the way from the receptionist to the nurse, doctor, and pharmacy staff! Went to the walk-in clinic and was seen very fast and had my medicine called in and picked up right there at their on site pharmacy. It was nice not even having to leave the building to take care of everything! Highly recommend!
My daughter came down sick, and I brought her in for a visit. I would estimate that maybe 4 minutes passed between when we walked in the door, and when the nurse called us back. The doctor was very....what is the word.......disarming, charming towards my kid. Knew exactly what to do both to diagnose her illness, and to make her relax and smile.
