Wouldn't let me select 0 or On behalf of my husband, Chris, They can't ever diagnose a darn thing correctly. 1st time when he had gotten a hernia, they told him it was nothing and told him drink metamucil. Then I took him to a REAL physician in independence within 2 minutes hernia suspected and within hour additional test confirmed it was a hernia. This last time, he thought he either ruptures another hernia or tore something, this place did no diagnostic tests at all, poked him a couple times said it pulled muscle nothing... read more
I came in with concern about possible blood clot. A nurse brought me back quickly to inform me they did not have ultrasound capabilities. A Dr never looked at my leg. They sent me to ER. A Dr came in and did a visual, listened to my story and said, You do not have a blood clot and told me why. It upset me that I drove around 68 miles round trip to an ER when a doctor could have given me that information at the walk in clinic PLUS the expense of an ER visit.
Best Urgent Care I've been to. Friendly staff from receptionist, nurse to doctor. They was fast yet thural. Had all our needs met and everything explained and answered all our questions. It was worth the extra drive.
It is a good place to get the help that I need most of the time, but sometimes the doctors don't know the right thing that will help me and a couple of times I even had the wrong diagnosis. This last doctor that I was assigned, seems to be pretty knowledgeable about conditions and is willing to help me with anything that I need.
the staff here are very professional and are quick to help you out when you’re in pain. i visited for tooth pain i’ve had for a few days and i needed help with it and they were quick to get me serviced. the receptionist was sweet, nurse and doctor were kind and took their time to explain things to me. thank you so much!
