Everything went pretty well during my exam. It’s just they said that my scripts wouldn’t go through on their end to my pharmacy and it took forever for me to get my antibiotic. Then I had a reaction to it and called today to see if I could be prescribed a different antibiotic and haven’t heard back from them. They haven’t sent any new scripts to my pharmacy either.
I'm giving 1 star because you have to to leave a review! If you have anything serious I would not recommend these people at all! Unless you want to sit in a room waiting for over an hour while you hear the "nurses" at the desks gossiping about patients and their medical issues. Very lousy service and it's like they get mad that they have to do their job and that you actually came in to be seen. Paid to be seen mind you and they still do nothing for you at all. It's always a good experience to see Jen Adkins my primary for 7yrs. It's just that my appointments are scattered a month or better at a time and I forget to tell her something about stuff so it takes that much longer. B4 I can ask or that's even if I remember what it was. I trusted Jen Adkins few yrs ago new exactly when I was going to hav stroke. The entire staff is very polite and they get you in and out quick. Jennifer is awesome, she listens to you and seems to genuinely care about her patients.
New MA, new NP and Phlebotomist. It was short but sweet, get em in and get them out. No personal attention ever since Allison Eaton RNP took call of me for over 11 years
